Best Buds

I love playing with my friends! Diego & I have lots of fun together & like to go to all the parks in the neighborhood. We also went to the bounce place & ate lunch at the mall. Our parents get a kick out of it when Diego & I have our own conversations & laugh together. We also have the same lawn mowers, so we go for walks & push our mowers down the sidewalk.
Momma's friend from high school & her 2 boys also came to visit us last week. I really like watching babies, & I had fun playing with his older brother too.
After my nap last Sat, we went to Bryce & Aiden's birthday party. They had this really cool bounce house in their backyard. I had fun jumping in there & playing with all their toys.
Daddy hurt his back the other weekend, so now I go around saying "Daddy...hurt...back" & point to his bed. Everyone came over that weekend to help us out, but I thought they came over to play with me (cause I had lots of fun with them all!)

Thomas the Train

Yippee! Today was "Day Out With Thomas the Train" in downtown Austin. I love trains & especially "Thomas the Train"! Daddy & I read Thomas stories every night.

I had so much fun today & even got to ride the train. I also got a "tatoo" of Thomas on my arm; listened to some stories & music; got my kid I.D. card (by the way, I now weigh 31 lbs & am about 3 ft tall); saw a giant Lego Thomas train & track; watched lots of little trains; picked out my Thomas placemat; & got my picture taken with Thomas the engine.

On the way home, I kept saying "Choo Choo" & "Fun....trains....choo choo" over & over. Momma called me Mr. Chattybox. I was so excited I couldn't go to sleep for my nap til later on once we got home. Oh, I still can't decide if I want to be Elmo or Thomas the train for Halloween. Betsy chewed up my Elmo costume, but I still like Elmo too. Love, Davis

Weekend With My Cousins

We spent last weekend in Dallas with my 3 cousins, Natalie, Isabella, & Nathan. We played & played & played! We went to Planet Pizza & all jumped around in the ball pit. I liked running around the toddler play area, but my 3 cousins also rode on the rides. Natalie is the dare-devil & really loved the fast rides. Isabella was brave & went on the boat ride & roller coaster. Momma said the mini-roller coaster was too fast (& too many circles) for her. The rides were kind of loud & noisy & fast, so Daddy let me run around the play area. The ball pit was my favorite! Nathan, who's only 14 months old, wasn't even scared & rode those rides with Aunt Stacey! He shared all his toys with me too. I really like his Thomas the Train couch. He also took us to his neighborhood block party. We each picked out a little pumpkin, & the girls & I liked jumping in the bounce house.

Isabella & Natalie were really nice to me too & shared all their toys with me. We had so much fun together! I took a really really long nap once we got home. We also got to eat lunch with 1 of Daddy's friends from high school. I had fun playing with her daughter Natalie.

I've also been playing alot with my friend Diego. He's a little older than me, so he teaches me new things & words. This week he taught me "I'm sorry". Momma taught me "Love you". She was so happy when I said it back to her & gave her a big hug around her neck.
