Time with Friends & Family

I've had another great week & weekend! I got to spend alot of time with Daddy, as he was home extra days painting all the inside walls. Good job, Daddy! I got to play with Grandpa (or "Papa" as I call my grandpas now). I worked with him at his office for an hr on Friday while Momma was upstairs at a meeting. And, he also met us at the jumping place on Sunday. We have the best times! I climbed up & went down the really tall slide all by myself! (Grandpa let me do it, & then I surprised Momma.)

I got to see my Grandparents Hicks on Sat at their house. Papa & Uncle Cha Cha caught lots of dove this weekend. Uncle Cha Cha, Grammy & Papa Swoyer, & my friend Diego & his parents also came over to our house this afternoon to watch the Red Raiders play football. I was cheering along with them & enjoyed the fajitas too! I like to say all of their names. I also say "I did it!"....& "be right back".....& when we're driving Daddy & I say hello to everything..."Hello, Pool"..."Hello Park".... I can say so many words now, & it's so much fun. At night, I like to name all the animals on the quilt & tell them goodnight. I let "Ellie" kiss the elephant because that's what she looks like. I love to sleep with "Ellie" & "Blanket". Then, in the mornings, I say "Momma, Out!", or if that doesn't work, I say "Hi!" & talk to Ellie til Momma comes to get me.

Last week, I also got to play with my friend Diego at the park. We always have so much fun together. And, today, I had so much fun with my friend Elliot at his house. I even thought his little sister Chloe was really cute too. Momma had fun holding her, & I ate some lunch that Cat left for me. (Yummy!) Daddy read us lots of books too & let us play with the football. They have a dog that looks just like my dog Betsy, so that's what I kept calling her. I told her "No, Betsy!" when she tried to get my food.....course, I did drop it on the floor....

Whew! Time to get some sleep now...... Love, Davis
